Hake Agency partnered with the Symba to help define, expand, and bring their evolving mission to life through a cohesive new brand identity. Working closely with the leadership team, we refined their voice and visual language to better reflect the heart of their work: compassionate care, housing, and community support. We then designed and launched a purpose-built website that balances warmth and clarity, guiding visitors through Symba’s services while making it easy to get involved. Alongside the site, we developed a targeted donation campaign that communicates impact and builds long-term support, helping to strengthen their presence both locally and online

Spending time on site at the Symba afforded us opportunities to capture the story, voice, and soul of the people who make it what it is. From heartfelt interviews with patients to quiet, powerful moments shared with the medical team, the shoot was designed to reflect the human impact of Symba’s work. We focused on authenticity over polish—letting real stories unfold naturally, with a mix of candid footage, environmental detail, and intimate soundbites that together paint a portrait of care, resilience, and connection.
