The production for the Providence St. Mary COVID-19 awareness campaign was executed over two meticulously scheduled days, designed to efficiently capture all creative assets needed for the full scope of the campaign. From broadcast and digital video to social content, photography, and bilingual messaging, every element was mapped out in advance to ensure nothing was missed. Filming took place both on-location at Providence St. Mary Medical Center and in the surrounding Apple Valley community, capturing the real faces and voices of local healthcare workers and residents. Despite the short timeline, the shoot delivered a robust and cohesive media library—enabling consistent storytelling across every channel, all from a single, unified production effort.
